1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Open Clubhouse, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our verification and moderation policies described on the About & Trust page. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Open Clubhouse is

Open Clubhouse is a review and information platform for youth sports teams, showcases, and tournaments. Program profiles are compiled from public league and circuit sources and from user submissions. Ratings come from verified reviewers. Open Clubhouse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any listed program.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Reviews and verification

Reviews may only be submitted by people with a genuine, verifiable connection to the program: parents and guardians of participants, umpires and referees, coaches, and former players. Every review requires supporting documentation and is checked before it publishes.

Reviews are published anonymously. Your identity and your verification documents are never shared with the program. Submitting fabricated documentation, reviewing a program you have no connection to, or attempting to manipulate ratings is prohibited and grounds for removal and account termination.

5. Program profiles and claims

Programs may claim their profile free of charge after verifying ownership. Claimed programs may respond publicly to reviews and correct factual profile information. Verified reviews cannot be removed by the program they describe. Users may also create profiles for programs that are not yet listed; such profiles start unclaimed and unverified.

6. Paid services

Optional paid offerings, such as the Diamond Certified subscription, are billed through our payment processor at the price shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and can be managed from your dashboard. Paid status never affects review content or ratings.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to post unlawful, defamatory, or harassing content; not to include personal information about private individuals, including minors, in any submission; not to scrape, spam, or disrupt the service; and not to misrepresent your identity or connection to a program.

8. Content license

You retain ownership of what you submit. By submitting content you grant Open Clubhouse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating and promoting the service.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Reviews reflect the opinions and experiences of individual reviewers, not the views of Open Clubhouse. Program data aggregated from public sources may contain errors; verify important details directly with a program before making decisions. We make no warranties about accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Open Clubhouse and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on content found on the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
